Your files
The tools on FilesYourWay (the Excel and CSV splitters and the LBO model generator) run entirely in your web browser. When you choose a file, it is read and processed on your own device. Files and their contents are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers or anyone else's. The numbers you type into the LBO model generator are used in your browser to build the workbook and are not sent anywhere.
What our web server sees
Like any website, our hosting provider's web server receives standard request information when you load a page: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. This is used only to operate and secure the site and is kept according to the hosting provider's standard log retention.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
FilesYourWay does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. All scripts and styles are served from this site; no third-party services are loaded when you use the tools. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites, such as our sister site Mock Data Faker. Their privacy practices are their own.
Children
The site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 13.
